Training Course

I started taking Pilates because I wanted to improve my body complex.

Feel the change in body balance and feelings with each lesson,

want to know more! I want to tell everyone!

I immediately got a qualification as an instructor.

After that, I learned about fitness and inner beauty centering on Pilates, and I support many people to have a comfortable body.

I realize that a Pilates instructor qualification is a job that will benefit you or someone in the long run in your life.

Because I am able to work with the excitement of being basically fond of and having fun

I'm always interested.

Many of my training students, like me, aim to become teachers from beginner students. Everyone will be shining.

I feel that it is a qualification that is worth starting from any age!

What can we learn from the PSGA Master?

There is now a movement around the world to review classical Pilates, which is faithful to Pilates' teachings.

Until now, Pilates has spread in a wide variety of ways, and various styles and schools have been born, but the movement to return to the origin of Pilates' teaching and to dig deeper into that teaching is increasing.

In such a movement, there is a second generation master who learned from Mr. Pilates, spread Pilates exercises around the world as the first generation, and learned Pilates directly from the people who established it in the industry. They are currently leading the Pilates industry in the United States. Learning from a PSGA master who is directly certified by such a leader has great significance in working as a Pilates trainer in Japan.

We at PSGA Japan are holding a selection of excellent master leader training courses in Asia, including Japan. We are holding a certified instructor training course in Japan to provide Japanese people with an opportunity to learn not only superficial skills and knowledge but also attitudes and ways of thinking about Pilates.

4 Reasons to Choose a Pilates Leader Training Course

[Reason 1] Program structure

Each accredited course consists of the following three levels, and you will be required to intern for a specified number of hours after completing the accredited course.

Level I beginner

Level II Intermediate

Level III Advanced

By dividing the course into three levels, you will learn how to teach the "Integrated Pilates Method" in the way Joseph Pilates idealized.

At each level, participants will be able to understand and practice the method from a broad perspective for logical and most effective teaching.

[Reason 2] Real understanding and practice

Accreditation courses require you to improve both your teaching and practical skills in Classical Pilates. Although every effort is required to set an example for students, mastering both techniques as a mentor will allow you to understand the Pilates method deeper and with your own body. From the standpoint of the exerciser, you can learn from your own experience what you should do to understand your feelings and teach more effectively. It is possible to become a leader who can actually serve as a model, not just a leader of knowledge.

[Reason 3] Not only "what to teach" but also "how to teach"

Not only "what to teach" such as the order and purpose of exercises, correction of exercises, but also "how to teach Pilates?" 』Can be learned. For example, you can learn how to convey cues and verbal instructions during a lesson, and how to show exercises to be effective. In addition, this course will teach you how to encourage and motivate clients with certain injuries or physical restrictions. In the future, participants will gain knowledge that can be used independently when actually repeating lessons.

[Reason 4] Application of the latest anatomy and modern theory

When teaching Pilates, use the latest biomechanics in Pilates lessons for maximum effectiveness and information on the latest neuromuscular pathways and skeletal tissue alignment to create sessions. You can also learn how to do it.

Not only Pilates teachers, but also physiotherapists, fitness and yoga instructors and other medical professionals can gain in-depth knowledge of Pilates and combine Pilates training with their respective areas of expertise to create a unique career. This is a useful course to create.
